Woodroffe Avenue Public School – 235 Woodroffe Avenue
The Stage 2 Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project includes an alignment improvement at Lincoln Fields Station, shifting the station away from the existing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridor in order to develop a more integrated station, to minimize the risk of flooding to LRT operations and to re-landscape the area currently occupied by BRT. Light rail infrastructure near Lincoln Fields Station will also include connectivity enhancements and bundled projects in the area that will be implemented as part of Stage 2.
Please join us for a public information session to discuss these plans.
This information session is an opportunity for the project team to hear your thoughts and answer questions.
This public information session will:
- Present plans for the Lincoln Fields Station improved alignment and station location, as well as enhancements to New Orchard Station
- Provide information on adjacent LRT facilities including the west tunnel portal south of Richmond Road, a new LRT tunnel under Carling Avenue, construction staging, bundled city infrastructure projects, connectivity enhancements affecting the community and the proposed permanent community garden and Lawn Avenue parkette
Ward Councillor and City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.
Accessibility is an important consideration for the City of Ottawa. If you require special accommodation, please email your request to [email protected] before March 22, 2017.
